Rhoades & Morrow is pleased to announce that Joseph J. Rhoades, Esq. has been named on the Delaware 2022 Super Lawyers List. This is his second year of selection to the competitive list of attorneys.
Joseph J. Rhoades, Esq., founder of Rhoades & Morrow, handles plaintiff personal injury and Workers’ Compensation cases at the firm. Joe earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1981. After graduation, Joe served as a law clerk to the Honorable Henry R. Horsey with the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware before becoming a renowned personal injury attorney. Joe is admitted to practice law in Delaware, the U.S. federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Joe is a member of the American and Delaware State Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is the Injured Workers’ Representative on the State of Delaware Workers’ Compensation Oversight Panel and is currently serving as the Panel’s Chair. Joe also serves as the Vice Chair of the State of Delaware Superior Court Civil Rules Committee. He was formerly a member and the Panel Chair of the State of Delaware Workers’ Compensation Health Care Advisory Panel, as well the State of Delaware Workers’ Compensation Task Force.
Joe has also been a Guardian ad Litem for foster children in Delaware Family Court for over 20 years and serves on the Board of Directors of Action for Delaware’s Children, a not-for-profit organization that advocates for impoverished, neglected, or abused children.
