During the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association (DTLA) 2026 Annual Convention, Rhoades & Morrow partner and Delaware personal injury attorney Stephen T. Morrow received the Eagle of Justice Award.
This award recognizes DTLA members who make extraordinary efforts to protect all Delawareans and promote the civil justice system. It is a rare honor, having been awarded to only nine attorneys in the last quarter century.
Mr. Morrow’s work reflects his longstanding commitment to advocating for individuals and families across Delaware, particularly in matters involving personal injury and civil litigation. He was recently appointed to serve on the Delaware Automobile Insurance Reform Task Force, created by Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 111, which examined ways to accomplish savings for automobile insurance consumers in Delaware.
His involvement in automobile insurance reform directly impacts Delaware drivers and accident victims, reinforcing his role as both an advocate in the courtroom and a contributor to statewide policy discussions affecting injury claims and insurance recovery.
In addition to this work, Mr. Morrow is a past president of the DTLA and currently serves as co-chair of its legislative committee, where he continues to support laws and policies that protect access to justice for Delaware residents.
